ABOUT ME
Over the past 4 years I have accomplished fitness goals that a younger me would only dream of. My next goal is to help you achieve yours! My philosophy in fitness is that you have to learn to LOVE exercise and eating well in order to sustain a lifestyle that will allow you to achieve your physical goals. Having battled my own journey with body image and disordered eating, I specialize in helping women improve their relationships to food, exercise, and their bodies in order to get (and most importantly, keep) the body of their dreams.
